TORRE PRINCIPAL

LIMA, PERU

STUDIO 18

Torre Principal is a mixed-use apartment building located in Surquillo, Lima-Peru. The program includes one sub-level of underground parking, four stories at and above the street level of apartments, communal floors for social activity and exercise, and a few more floors dedicated to the penthouses. The 52-unit apartment building, although one of the taller buildings in its context, aims to still offer a strong connection to the street. For example the building’s existing setback is maintained and landscaped with native plants, offering spaces for pedestrian gathering. The facade’s fenestration and finishes are also intentional moves to invite and entice visitors. More pictures and project updates coming soon!
