Studio 18 and South American architect, Juan Suárez propose a pair of beach houses in Puerto Nuevo, a new summer villa in the coast of Lima, Perú. Living/dining, pool and BBQ areas comprise the second and third floors giving an uninterrupted view to the ocean. These social spaces are given an expansive feel with generous openings that blur the division of indoor and outdoor environments, which is a unique opportunity due to the area’s mild climate.
