This gravity–fed winery is carefully situated in the site’s rich topography to provide natural insulation and temperature control, without compromising any existing trees. Surreal moments such as a hovering observation deck are created by overlapping production, visitor and shipping spaces. Solar panels, water-catchment systems and windbreaks work to lower energy costs and promote sustainable strategies to its visitors.
