NILUS DESIGNS

The scope of work included a third and fourth floor addition to an existing two-story single-family house on Church St. in San Francisco. The vertical addition structure expands the living space, and facilitates new access to San Francisco’s breath-taking skyline. Circulation was redesigned throughout the entire house to connect and activate existing and new spaces. Physical and digital models were produced as process and communication tools for the client and contractors.
