COLLABORATION WITH ENTORNO EMPRESARIAL

CEPSA’s office in Lima, Peru is located on the 18^th story at the Capital Building in San Isidro. STUDIO 18 teamed up with Entorno Empresarial (www.entornoempresarial.net) to design and build the office space within a swift 4-month timeline. This 650.00 m² (6,996 sq.ft.) office has an elegant feel in every room with dark wood finishes in the reception, general manager office and boardroom. There are seven private offices, each with expansive views to San Isidro. The glass partitions allow natural light to pour into the open office area. Modular panels organize the open office, allowing flexibility for specific tasks and functions while also carving out logical circulation. As a company that takes great pride in their work and clients, we aimed to use high quality materials and pay attention to craftsmanship in the details.  We also personalized the office space by drawing the color scheme from CEPSA’s logo.
